CCPL Policy On Vigil Mechanism :

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 177(9) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 7 of the Companies (Meetings of Board and Powers) Rules, 2014, specific class of the companies are required to establish a Vigil Mechanism for directors and employees to report genuine concerns in such manner as may be prescribed.
